I do furniture & equipment assembly. I do a few trampolines every year. I purchased this a while ago, I wanted to use it before I wrote a review. This thing works like a charm. What is terribly sad, for a few cents, the manufacturers could make the included tool as good as this tool. The included tool is difficult to grip with all of your fingers, making it hard to pull. This thing works like a charm. Please note, one of the difficult things in Trampoline assembly, is getting the mat, and net, and safety poles lined up correctly. About a year ago (this was the day that made me decide to purchase this tool) I had to connect, and disconnect, a 96 spring mat 3 times, before we got it right. It was not my first trampoline, and my helper made a critical mistake, and things dominoed from there. I was not in a good mood at the end of that day.If you have any sort of grip problems, and you are purchasing a trampoline, and planning on assembling the trampoline yourself. This is money well spent. I will probably purchase a second one, so my helper and I can install springs efficiently at the same time. It is not even May, and I have already used this on two trampolines. I should have purchased this thing about 3 years ago.
