Wow. To look at it this hook doesn't initially seem much different from the cheaper types that you can buy in sets on Amazon. I have 2 such sets. I also have some Primm and Pony hooks. However I read that the Clover Amour seem to be a favourite with many, so having started a new project in an expensive pure merino wool yarn I thought I'd test myself to this hook. I'm a total convert within minutes. Wow. Genuinely wow! This hook just glides through past the yarn. It gets into tight loops easier than the hook I started with, but doesn't split the yarn. Very comfortable in my hand (I'm a pencil hold crocheter), and so fast. It's really speeded up my crocheting.This is the most expensive single hook I have, but I will definitely be buying more as I start each new project needing a new size!Worth every penny!
